Its not even type of film I would contemplating on watching , but since few like it I might give it a whirl, in a year time after I got round to watching my backlog of other stuff .

Highly recommended. The best from The British Film Collection since The Night Has Eyes.

The Birds (1963, Hitchcock)

What can you possibly do after you've reinvented the horror film?

Do it again ..... in colour.

Hired to Kill. 1990. Niko Mastorakis

Frankly absurd but ridiculously entertaining action yarn starring b-movie tough guy Brian Thompson as a soldier of fortune who poses as a fashion designer in order to infiltrate a South American island fortress run by Ollie Reeds dictator and free the countries rebel leader.
The first half of the film works better as we meet our hero and he assembles his all female team of hired guns who also have to pose as fashion models. Cue training montage after training montage as we see our girlies learning to swing their hips on the catwalk while simultaneously brushing up on their combat skills. As Mr Slowly says, shit blows up!

Sounds just like something I'd love, so it'll be something to pick up in the next Network sale.

As with b_e and JHarker, i'm sure it would be right up your street.

Not sure about Demoncrat as i couldn't understand his reply, although it did say SOLD so he might also fancy it.
