When Nick & I review the wonderful "Not Quite Hollywood" last year over at DVDActive, both the director Mark Hartley and the legend that is Brian Trenchard-Smith both posted under the review to congratulate us on own musings on the documentary.

Mr Hartley revealed that none other than Philippe Mora alerted him to our review, which was also pretty cool!

Definitely Razorback, though it was fifty/fifty between that and Mad Max 2. Mad Max 2 had one of the greatest villains ever.

Time this thread was up and running again.....any fans here of Terry Bourke?

His films are brutal and would make a nice wee collection.

Especially this one, which I reckon would pass uncut.....

I need to get some more Aussie films. At the moment I own, Mad Max II (BD) The Man From Hong Kong, Patrick, Razorback, Stone and Stunt Rock. I've heard good things about Dead End Drive In. I used to have a copy of Turkey Shoot (hardgore), but got rid of it for some unfathomable reason.

Dead End Drive In is absolutely superb. Cannot recommend it enough.

Regarding Terry Bourke: I really, really liked both Night Of Fear and Inn Of The Damned. I wish I could see Lady Stay Dead!

No love for STONE? surely that should have made the list!

But of course Turkey Shoot is the greatest film ever made. Love it to bits, I've seen it countless times, MY LITTLE FLOWER.

I've not seen Stone and although I've got it, I've not seen Turkey Shoot either.
