Well, you're in for a treat. I can't remember the first time I saw Rosemary's Baby, but I was astounded by the performances and Polanski's direction which, coupled with the great adaptation of Ira Levin's novel, really escalates the growing sense of unease.

Funnily enough, both Repulsion and The Tenant also begin innocuously enough but, during the course of the films, the overall sense of mental instability and claustrophobic terror build and unsettle you.

If you're interested, I've reviewed a couple of them:

I've always liked that vintage Bad Boys artwork and it's so much better than Universal's lifeless R2 DVD cover. I believe there's another less-threatening variant on the relevant image with Mick O'Brien's arms at his sides instead of held high and holding the Icepick. This diluted design's good too imo.

My collection. Used to be to bigger, but I had to sell alot of my stuff, had almost every HongKongLegends release, loads of Tartan stuff and more. Still, I kept the rare stuff, it killed me selling them.
