As I said on Facebook, the new shelving unit looks superb. I bet you spent ages deciding what should go on what shelf, moving things around until it was all perfect.

Is that going to be the first room you show people who visit, as a 'shrine' to your collecting?

Honestly, everytime my parents, bro and sis come to my house they go straight to the DVD room to check the stuff I got..

I'm David Beckett. It's no wonder your 'DVD room' is the chief attraction in your house – people must visit and wonder what you've bought since they were there last!

People may love movies, but not necessarily the same drive to collect special/limited editions or, for that matter, the same contacts and disposable income!

I had to re-organize my collection recently and was able to free up some space to display a few of my Criterion BD's.
