As usual, I'd love to hear what you think.

I might post another shelf later today, if it's okay with you guys. If not, I'll post them tomorrow.

Aye, it's a hoot, exploitation a gogo. Though I have a soft spot for Over The Edge personally, liked Brick etc.

Cabin Fever at the pictures... my wife almost fainted during the leg shaving scene and it was hugely embarassing, people alongside us asking was she alrite ect... Needless to say she has never gone to see another Horror since... Marc, have you seen Cabin Fever II ? Actually not bad...

Yeah I saw it when I was 16 with my girlfriend at the time (how I passed for a 15 year old back then, I don't know, as can barely pass for an 18 year old now). She looked away at parts, but mostly wondered why a woman would shave her legs, when her skin is already starting to peel away from a flesh eating virus (which is actually real! My boss recently had it.)

I have not seen CF 2.

I thought Cabin Fever 2 was great, extremely gorey and just great fun. In fact I think I preferred it to the first to be brutally honest.

Gory stuff alrite, especially in the film's homage to the fire extinguisher scene from Irreversible...

I also preferred it to the first one but, as it's been so long ago since I saw it, I can't remember why!

Irreversible is a film that pushed the limit for me. It's so realistic when the guys face starts... (can't think of the word) away with each hit if that fire extinguisher, was just too much for me. I felt physically sick after seeing that. Something I can remember happening with me when watching a film.

when the guys face starts...disintegrating ?

I totally agree, and I'm not ashamed to say the only time a film left me wimpering in the corner like a little girl. I pretty much gave up on films like Serbian, Centepide II, Bunny Game and Life & Death of a Porno Gang because of Irreversible. No such problems however with Enter the Void. That film is stunning...
