Yes, custard powder, it's explosible, along with flour, instant coffee, sugar, dried milk, potato powder and soup powder.

Yes, the library of a multi-purpose testing laboratory, although I have moved to work in a different section now working with computer instead, although I'm off so have yet to make the full move, I think all my stuff has been moved though

Not many people came in though, more email and phone requests for technical stuff, standards, papers, equations, etc....

I know (don't ask me how) one can make an explosive device with just about any powder and explosives due to particles and the air in between them. I forget where, but a fire at a flour mill caused a huge area of the town to be cleared in case the whole thing went up in a ball of fire.
