I'll contact warner just to prove the point that it's not real. But I've decided that I can't be bothered for hassle and will just keep the dvd's and leave the seller bad feedback.

sadly ebay's full of fake tales from the crypt dvds, I recieved the complete seasons last year and noticed right away that i recieved fakes, on mine i recall the outer slip cases looking genuine,but the inner cases was the big giveaway.

I just had a look at the item page. There's an option to report it as fake, I reckon you should send ebay a little notice mate.

They don't seem to bothered by boot dvd's apparently but you'll probably upset the seller some more...

One listing shows the "different covers" he's selling of Tales.

I think I'll just leave it. I only used a gift card for the purchase anyway. I'll just take this as an experience to be more careful on ebay! and avoid that particular seller.
