Anyone here remember the beeb's mini series 'The Cleopatras' a video nasty if ever there was one, not gory or anything but it stank of cheese and ham like nothing I've ever seen, not strictly a film but deserves to be here, just don't expect a release any time soon.

I loved Sucker Punch.

I just immediately got into it from the opening strains of Sweet Dreams.

I can understand that others hated it, as it is basically four action packed music video's

I can't think of a film more boring and pointless than Gus Van Sant's Gerry . . .

(highfive)
(thumbs up)

Couldn't agree any more! My sister and I decided to watch it because of obviously Matt and Casey promising an interesting viewing, but I gotta tell you this has gone on the top of our list ever since. A film about two guys travelling around, walking some prairie and talking - I don't even remember most of it, it seems like I slept through it (which I should've probably done). Ever since then, it's our inside joke when we talk about good films

What about Gus Van Sant's Psycho and Last Days -- both completely boring and pointless!

Aha. Well I'm with you on Last Days, but I'm one of the few who've always really liked the Psycho remake! Love the vibrant Chris Doyle cinematography, the super-crisp Danny Elfman arrangement of the classic score, and all of the supporting cast are excellent (William H. Macy is a perfect Arbogast!).
