I've seen it a couple of times now so it was to me. It's a tough one when it comes to recommending low budget horror. However it's a bit different to the norm with a good monster / witch.

Virgin Among the Living Dead .
Well I watched this the other night,and while the posters are about as far removed from the film as your ever likely to get..(the Jean Rollin zombie inserts scenes were stupefying to say the least,the actors looked like a couple of tramps and a rent boy he dragged off the street). The film definitely had a dream like quality,added by the fact that Franco and Howard Vernon are two of the seediest looking men on the planet. But watching Christina von Blanc flounce about in the nude more than made up for the gruesome twosome.

Nude flouncing needs to make a come back in genre cinema, it is much better than all the sterile standing still type of nudity I see in most modern films.
