Three of my favorite non-horror films of the 70s are:

Amarcord (1974): One of the funniest movies I've ever seen, definitely the funniest non-English language film I've ever seen

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry (1974): If I am honest, this probably wouldn't be here if it didn't have the most awesome and most unexpected ending I've ever seen

Five Fingers of Death (1972): Classic Shaw Brothers, I don't really think much else is needed to say.

EVERYTHING! The '70's was the greatest decade for films ever.
