If you didn't know that the character is DC, from the trailer you would think it's a marvel movie as there's no dark and moody teen ridden angst atmosphere. The suit looks a bit off and I really not sure if the choice for the lead.

New 'Venom' trailer, but still no word of whether Spider-Man is going to be in the film or not

It was confirmed months ago he wouldn't be, sure when it went into production they said he wouldn't be in it.

Probably in the minority but like the look of this and can't wait to see it. Seems nice and easy to watch and uplifting.
