Dune is the cover story of the latest Empire mag. Must say i wasn't impressed by the pics. It all looks so dark. As in lack of light.

Universal Pictures, MGM and Monkeypaw Productions are moving Nia DaCosta’s “Candyman” from its original release date on Oct. 16 to an unset date in 2021, it was announced on Friday.

The studio and production partners are committed to a theatrical release for the film during a time when movie theaters have closed and film distribution has suffered due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The film was originally set for a June 12 release, and the distributors are now looking for optimal release dates in the upcoming year.

Jordan Peele, Win Rosenfeld and DaCosta wrote the screenplay for the sequel of the 1992 film. Ian Cooper, Rosenfeld and Peele produce.

Was hoping this be out for Halloween time.

Someone on Twitter had a go at me, saying it was a great title since it was a reboot & honouring the past films. Said it worked for Halloween 2018 (I refuse to call it Halloween

). I asked how they'd feel it they dcided to drop the "Kills" and "Ends" from the next 2's titles and just call both of them HALLOWEEN.

It shut them up pretty quickly

I know it's being directed by Radio Silence. I would've expected more from them than this. Even if they questioned it if it was the studio's decision.

At least Arquette, Campbell and Cox are returning. Is it actually called Scream or Scream 5? The news sources i saw said Scream 5 but i didn't read them all.

Also it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Blumhouse.

Yeah it looks like the official title is Scream.

I just tweeted one of the members of Radio Silence and told him they should be ashamed for going with that title and that they've disrepected Craven
