Region Free?
 

If, like me, you can't afford to get your Blu-ray player chipped and don't want to buy a cheap region free player that might fall apart after a couple of weeks, I thought it might be an idea to to list any non - UK BDs that are region free. Some of this info seems to get lost in the mix, so I thought it would be a good idea to have it as a seperate thread. What do you think?

Anyway, to start things off I can confirm the following BDs as Region Free:

US Redemption titles, numbers 1 - 12 plus:

I have the BDX3200 and am very pleased. All you need to do is updating the firmware and you get an option to changer the Region Code for DVD AND BD. While you can set DVD to Region 0 (free for all), you cannot do that for BD...

Dawn of the dead,day of the dead, evil dead 2, and Halloween 1978 all anchorbay releases are region free.
