The brilliantly original horror film, American Mary is due out early next year on DVD/Blu-ray and takes a fascinating look at the world of body modifications.

Cronenberg's The Fly, one of the great films about the terrible effects of disease and sickness on a body - everyone rushed to declare this as a metaphor for AIDS but cancer is just as applicable...

First one that popped into my head, easily the best of the franchise (well 1-3 anyway, haven't seen the other 2 yet), and Mindy Clarke is way hotter than Linnea Quigley!
