Having a respite before you-know-what with

Zombie Flesh Eaters 3 (Clyde Fragasso )

Gleefully schlock as only comes from the land of pasta.
6 unsuspecting fools traipse around a paradise with a dark side. The locals turn out to be overfriendly .... and deid
Cue that bloody song
Entertaining mayhem ensues. Happy Demon.

About to put this one on too.

Just finished Whale's The Old Dark House in an attempt to mix the double-bill up a bit this year.

Hope everyone has a fantastically spooky evening no matter what it is you're doing / watching.

I know it's got a bit of bad rep with people expecting it to be another in the series and it's bonkers story of witchcraft, Stonehenge being stolen and killer robots but I love it for it. Even though it has nothing in common apart from the name i think it's better than any off the sequels. 7.5/10

Was going to watch Angel Heart but feel like something lighter, so watched some anime ( black clover) and either Buffy or Chuck.

Dr Terror's House Of Horror 1965.

Five strangers on a train to Bradley are told their future by 6th passenger Dr Schrek.

This has always been a firm favourite of mine and never get bored even though the stories have been outdated and one or two have been imitated but still decent. Neil McCallum returns to his ancestral home and faces a curse. Alan Freemna returns home to find a new plant in his garden that seems to kill. Roy Castle travels to the West Indies and copies a song that may be connected to voodoo. Christopher Lee plays a art critic who faces off with a artist's hand. Donald Sutherland marries a French woman who may be a vampire. Still a good classic Amicus film.

Lewton cough ... i'm guessing that's like a Lewton bus but less technical.
It's a matter of timing.

During brain surgery and the like.

Kudos for posting during such a procedure.
Was Donald O'Brien involved at all??

Mordum (2002, Fred Vogel)

A pair of star crossed lovers embark on the strangest game of one up manship you'll ever witness. Not for all is Fred's art-as-trauma-therapy for sure.
It's attention to detail is worthy of note. It's not a comedy, though laughing heartily at it would be the sane response with a civilian
Ahem. Demon says yes. I says only if you really need to clear the house of pesky relatives this Xmas ::

To cheer myself up I stuck on that fancy The Shining .
Clarity is the phrase here. I can now say for definite that it's about .... a haunted hotel
Ever noticed just how many books are piled about the place in the Torrance household?? Ahem.
This is one I will be getting shortly methinks ....
