Excellent list, Heisenberg.

I think i'll add The Town That Dreaded Sundown to my possibilities. Both versions i think as i loved them both.

Which movies are The Prey and They're Watching?

It's 2 for £3 on MM at the moment, so just browsing for a companion

well I've done the same thing I did the past 2 years by watching Ghostwatch this evening. It still works as a piece of drama, just a shame I never saw it when it was originally broadcasted (I might have done though I was only 4 months old when it was on the beeb so I might have been awake bawling my head off). However from a millennial perspective it is a strong piece of drama and a great example of how less is more in horror.

If i remember there was a outrage about a woman wanting to be repaid by the BBC due to the fact her husband had a little accident in his trousers.

The Prey is the 1983 slasher (if memory serves, been such a long time since i rented it from the video shop) and They're Watching is from 2016, it's one of those 'found foootage' films. A work colleague has been recommending it for a while.
Going to go with the 1976 version of The Town that dreaded sundown, i may end up doing a douuble and watching the newer one as well.
