Default 42ND STREET MEMORIES: THE RISE AND FALL OF AMERICA'S MOST NOTORIOUS BLOCK

We know Calum has posted about this - but thought we would reshare the trailer in a new thread. Is this something you might like to see as a standalone DVD?

I think it would work well as a standalone release. It's a fascinating subject, and I'm sure people would pay to get it on it's own, rather than as a bonus feature on another release (unless those people are tight-fisted and Scrooge's with their pennies!)

Guess that depends on if they're a fan of the film it's added to, I personally wouldn't buy a blu ray of a film I didn't like just for an extra.

But, as Stephen says, I think it would sell as a standalone release

I would buy a DVD and most likely buy a film I didn't want if this was an extra.

I would, I love documentaries like this and would pick up something like this on dvd but wouldn't be that bothered with a blu-ray release, basically I'd buy it but for dvd price not blu-ray!

Same here. Happy to have it is a stand alone release or as an extra.

I think this would be good packaged together with a bunch of grindhouse trailers ... but I'd probably buy it as a stand-alone release in any case.

If you want it before street date, along with some postcards and other goodies, we are offering it as part of our new IndieGoGo campaign:

I saw this yesterday and thought it was brilliant – easily High Rising Productions' best documentary and the definitive word on everything to do with 42nd Street.
