Can you blame them?

Some US traders on Amazon.com won't ship outside the USA.

A bit daft really. Keep an eye out, Zoverstocks might get one in.

You could have had it for free!

It's basically scuzzy low budget film-making, which whilst I did find endearing and an 'interesting' experience in many ways just didn't really resonate with me much nor provide the necessary need for re-watchability... so I slung it.

It's by no means a 'bad' film, although subjectivity does rear its ugly head for me where a lot of low budget independent horror is concerned. I used to be an avid gorehound/micro-budget horror junky (check out this thread I started on here in 2009), but tastes do change and whilst I still like the odd dose of extreme gore and stomach churning FX I tend not to dip my toes in that particular arena much anymore and have sold/traded off pretty much all of my underground/gore DVDs of which I had quite a few and have watched a fair bit from the genre.. mainly the German splatter / extreme Japanese kind of stuff... in fact digging up that old thread has brought a lot of the old memories and feelings crashing back.

What he means is the postman gets scared off by the banjo playing kid at the bottom of Nordy's road.

The German Splatter thread looks interesting. However Demonium and Legion of the Dead are almost unwatchably bad.

Legion of the Dead especially; the dialogue is just cringe-worthy all the way through. Demonium's worth a peek though.

I strongly recommend "Found" came out last year. about a boy who knows his brother is a serial killer who collects heads in a bowling bag, ironically features a scene where they are watching "headless" (which i've not seen) you'd need the white cover import the uk red cover is cut to bits easy to see why when you see it. It clocks it surprisngly longer than the norm is very enjoyable and brutal.
