Identify the mystery Giallo.
 

There is a picture in the Oct 1996 Dark Side Giallo special that's been doing my head in since I first saw it. There is no tag underneath with the title and I've yet to randomly come across it while watching a new Giallo. Thanks to Inspector A for his help again in putting up the pic. That's not the pic. Thats a pic suggesting 420 and the Inspector are the Cult Labs equivalent of Beavis and Butthead or any other incompetent duo you care to mention.
