So pleased I managed to get tickets for Crystal Eyes today. Neo-giallo with hints of Almodovar, at least that's what the trailer suggests to me. I'm hoping it's a neo-giallo more in the vein of Francesca than Amer. I may be alone in that regard, I'm sure a lot of people preferred Amer.

I wanted to see Crystal Eyes but both screenings clash with Boar and Field Guide to Evil. I did managed to get tickets to A Young Man With High Potential, One Cut of the Dead, Book of Monsters, Cult of Terror, Bodied, Black Site, Lifechanger and the Duke Mitchell party.

I'm with you Baka. Amer was pretentious rubbish.

Didn't even bother with the follow up.

Sadly not going, but I'd have loved to have seen Abrakadabra from the guy who did Francesca. The poster looks ace. Also Peripheral, even though I wasn't a fan of the Paul Hyett film they showed this summer (Heretiks). I've heard Howl is very good, I keep meaning to pick that up.
