Mattei DVD's - Where to buy?
 

I'm desperate, for some reason, to see Mattei's last two zombie films -
Zombies - The Begining
Island Of The Living Dead

Does anyone know where I can get hold of them at a reasonable price and with relative ease? I thought someone on eBay might be selling them by now.

I don't speak French Reaps, apart from the useless rubbish they teach you for GCSE and I've forgotten most of that now. I found a German site called DT Mail Order, but got confused by their payment system. Has anyone used them before?

I've sold the German DVD's a short time in my store but within a week I was summoned to stop selling them by the Italian company that owned the rights... :(
(along with a dozen of other titles)

Those two films are available in one box now.

That's intresting, I'm in Amsterdam on Friday and I'm hoping to track down one or both of these DVD's in person. Anyone know of good DVD stores I can try?

FAME is probably your best shot as it's the most popular and easiest to find, but there are also a handful of used DVD shops scattered throughout the city that have some used DVDs - I found nearly all of Encore's Jean Rollin DVDs out there, along with SoDemented's releases.

How about Cinemashop - Silver Screen and Cult Videotheek? Are they any good? I've heard that Fame are pretty good.
