An American Werewolf in London for me too. Although, my favourite werewolf film is Neil Jordan's The Company of Wolves. |

Of those two American Werewolf in London. However I personally feel Howling 2 is the best Werewolf movie ever made. I know it somehow gets slated. But on first seeing its score on IMDB I was flabbergasted. I just think it is brilliant fun, and I love the music by Babel too. And any film with Reb Brown in is immediately brought up to classic. The film just flies by the 1hr 30 mins as it is so fast paced and enjoyable. I was not a big fan of Howling 1 at all. And Howling 3 was an abomination. Howling 5 was good (the whodunnit one in the castle). And the one about the Vampire vs the Warewolf was good (Hownling 6?) |

I even prefer An American Werewolf in Paris to The Howling. |

Thats excellent too. There aren't many really good werewolf movies. Bizarre_eye mentioned The Company of Wolves which is superb but then we start to struggle after that and AAWIL. I also like Wolfen, The Wolfman (both versions), and Wolf, The Beast Must Die and Curse of the Werewolf are also decent. |
