Just ordered Walker's Frightmare on DVD, this will be a first for me as I'm not too familiar with the films of Pete Walker. This particular film seemed a good place to start, going by it's reputation as a classic British horror of the 70's.I went for the Odeon Entertainment disc.

I agree. Frightmare and Cool It Carol are his best films for me.

Looking forward to watching a power drill wielding Sheila Keith do her stuff!

Good ol' Sheila was the backbone of all of Walker's best films.

As Vince stated,Cool It Carol is very enjoyable as well.
Mr Askwith is surprisingly not his usual annoying self.

Askwith's best performance for me and Janet Lynn was gorgeous. Shame she retired from films after such a brief career.

Jess Conrad is outright creepy in the film (nothing new there though).

I don't have any love for Walker films to be honest.

Horror Hospital was good fun. Michael Gough was hilarious.

I quite liked the first two Confessions films (preferred the Adventures films myself) though the last two were absolute garbage. Queen Kong was ridiculous but pretty funny in parts.

Home Before Midnight is another good Walker film.
