The Troll Hunter - A Norwegian mockumentary with big trolls. - Facepunch
Troll Hunter was one of the surprise movies at Fantastic Fest. Unfortunately I didn't get up early enough to snag a ticket, but the general buzz was positive.

I did manage to catch Rare Exports which is a Norwegian Santa Claus movie, great fun and I see it's playing the London film festival in October for those of you within travelling distance of London.

If you want to get an impression of the Swedish (shot in English & pretending to be set in the US of A though) backwoods flick "Madness", here are some pics of the (about) 8 mins cut from the German "FSK 18" (!) release. (Texts in German only though):

Madness - Schnittberichte.com (Zensur-News und Schnittberichte zu mehr als 6000 Filmen und Spielen)

Looks pretty cheesy, but then again that can also be said about some of the 70's/80's Euro exploitation contenders- like "Burial Ground".

It shouldn't take too long until the upcoming uncut Austrian release.

I bet you will say it's better than the US REMAKE.
