This was a interesting film with a young looking Giancarlo Gianni as the police inspector looking into the murders and having a few problems within the work after being taped while making out with the wife that is seen by colleagues. This has all the hallmarks we want, a killer who's identity we don't see to the end with a good twist, decent spate of killings, little bit of nudity, great cinematography and back ground score and three Bond beauties, Barbara Bach, Claudine Auger and Barbara Bouchet. One I will happily re-watch again.

I really rate this one as well. I don't think there's a Blu-ray available yet, certainly not UK or US anyway so the Blue Underground dvd it is.

Watch Me When I Kill. 1977.

A pharmacist is murdered in his shop, a woman becomes the next target as she can identify the killer by their voice.

This is one of those films you really have to pay attention to understand it and still be scratching your end at the end credits, that's exactly what I was doing. This seemed a bit different from other giallo's, the killngs are less violent and not gory, definitely not shocking except seeing a guy getting strangled by a shower cord, there is some good acting from Corrado Pani, Paola Tedesco and Poalo Malco. The background score by Gianfranco Coletta certainly made it more entertaining.

What Have They Done To Your Daughters. 1974.

After the body of a girl is found hanging in a small room, the police believe it to be a suicide but after looking into it more they uncover she was murdered and find a trail that leads to a prostitution ring.

This has always been a intriguing Giallo from Massimo Dallamano with Claudio Cassinelli who has been assigned the case from Mario Adorf who can't take the case for personnel reasons and Giovanna Ralli plays the District Attorney assigned to close the case quickly.

Right after the opening credits we are thrown into the film that dwells into the death and starts into the plot of some twists and turns along the way. the two main leads actually do a decent job of Inspector and District Attorney and never seem to outshine or over act each other and both agree on the same thing at the end which can give out a good laugh.

The Case of The Bloody Iris. 1972.

Model Jennifer moves into a new apartment where two women were killed and believes the killer is coming for her.

I got no idea what made me watch this, one that I hated, very dull and boring yet over a period of time I have warmed up to this. Edwige Fenech plays the young model and thinks one of her neighbours may be the killer or knows the killer's identity.

What makes me laugh is the first kill in the lift, 3 people see the body, one person screams yet everyone seems very calm and not freaking out like this happens on a daily basis, great creative writing and directing skills. This does have a slow build up to the characters but not exactly boring either, even to the end with the nice twist to the killer and the final death is entertaining.

Who Saw her Die. 1972.

When the daughter of a sculptor is brutally murdered, he and his wife start their own investigating while the killer start murdering those that know too much.

Here we have former James Bond star George Lazenby with a typical 1970s porn star mustache and a bad dubbed voice, why was his voice dubbed for this movie?? Aldo Lado is able to capture some nice scenic moments of Venice that may have been the inspiration for Nicholas Roeg. Anita Strindberg plays the loving wife who to me always look sinister when she is on screen. This one I have seen about twice and although it is nicely shot I am still in two minds about enjoying it as it does have it's moments of going from a good pace to very slow.

Strip Nude For Your Killer. 1975.

A young model dies during an abortion, someone is stalking and killing the ones connected to her death and the modelling agency.

Is it just me or does director Andrea Bianchi insist on seeing his females stars strip down to the point of full frontal nudity and having the sets cold to the point a few things stick out Aside from the nudity and making out sessions, this one has been a hit or miss for me, the killings are done nicely and someone having a taxi ride from hell, it just seems slow paced and a quick build up to the end which was a good twist. The acting is decent and even at times the dubbing looks out of sync like, maybe a another watch at some point.

The dubbing is always out of sync as Italian films of this ilk were always over dubbed in both English and Italian AFTER filming was completed.

It has been a bit far in between watching this film and I know dubbing can be bad but this was really bad, it can put Japanese movies to shame
