Just finished watching it. I really enjoyed this one, great soundtrack, good set pieces, nicely made. Only thing is that I guessed the killer quite early on. Might watch The Black Belly Of The Tarantula now. |

Ah...an excellent poliziotto giallo! If you like that one,you should also check out Plot of Fear (1976). |

If you have the commentary (Blue underground edition) you will see Bava say that he actually used a woman when he was showing us "the feet" of the killer. That had thrown me off a bit i must admit. After 100 mins of Blade in the dark, i don't think "Black belly of..." is the best choice. It's quite low-tone and convoluted! |

Is Plot Of Fear available on DVD? Quote:
Ah, well, it's started now... Although if it's convoluted, I might watch it another day when I'm not so tired. |

Thanks bdc, bookmarked the site. I've decided to watch the first episode of Dario Argento's Door Into Darkness instead, long over due. I've had the DVD for a few weeks now. |

Cozzi's The Neighbour is not bad either... Btw Kultvideo is great for Italian discs but imports are pricey there. |

Ah right, I think there's one Plot Of Fear dvd from a UK seller on amazon, it's the same cover as the one on kultvideo, so if that's still there when I get some money I'll just get it from there. |

I'll watch Black Belly tomorrow The Neighbour is pretty good, it's like Hitchcocks Rear Window. |
