Not sure about to watch, that would be about 40% of my collection, this is part of my 'to finish writing up reviews of' pile.

I have over 3000 dvds/blu-rays and probably half of them would belong to that pile...

What's stopping you? Isn't Chloe a paramedic? Surely she needs a permanent residence.

Places to live in South London (where she is based) are very expensive

In our last airb&b, we were paying almost £1,500 a month for a single room (albeit with a kitchen area) and a shower room

She *does* have something in mind tho. A nice, reasonably priced little flat (shared ownership) in a retirement / OAP complex has caught her eye...
