Just thought I would swing in and say my vote goes to Lost Boys as well, I love both films but Lost Boys was a film I watched a lot growing up and the soundtrack was not too bad either. |

It's good to see you all getting so worked up! And the only use I have for open fires is to chuck Near Dark DVD's into! Dem-this nude male wrestling-you seem to know a lot about it-you a professional?:eyebrows: |

Yeah I surrender. Near Dark seems to have won! |
Make them die slowly has been silent ever since on this matter, cheers mate.:rolleyes: |
New debate The Wicker Man 1973 vs The Wicker Man 2007. For me its easy, Cage's film is far superior. |
 Now,now that's NASTY! ;) |

The 2007 film is just horrible, sorry i've got blisters on my eyes at the thought of rewatching Cage the giant rabbit. :( |
No contest - NEAR DARK. It uses a Cramps tune, has Bill Paxton and Lance Henricksen in it. |

Screw it im in my vote goes to The Lost Boys. I love the soundtrack and the Corys. Brings back many many great memories from when i was a kid. Its a great fun film no matter what anyone says ANYONE I SAY. Im not saying After Dark is a bad film i really really like it but Lost Boys just edges it for me. Looks like The Lost Boys is back in the race. |

I think both are great but if I have to choose the lost boys its just a lot more fun . And as been mentioned it has a fantastic soundtrack. |
Your tenner is in the post mate.:thumb: |
Vastly prefer Near Dark. Its grim, its dark, its grity. Most of the people in favor of Lost Boys or are on the fence, seem to only call up nostalgic factors. I'd say take away the nostalgia and you would find an utterly boring series of events. I stand by what I said. Twilight for the 80's. |

Give me the Corey's to Paxton's whinging performance anyday! Henriksen should have ripped his head off near the start. |
I think we can all agree that twilight is big pile of steaming poo! But that's a insult to poo. |

In all seriousness, Lost Boys isn't AS bad as Twishite. But that doesn't make it good. If Twishite is explosive Diarrhea, then Lost Boys is constipation. |
