Laid to Rest features one of my favourite kills of recent years.

I like it because as Chromeskull moves the knife about in the victims head her eyes and mouth are still moving as she dies in this graphic scene. It also stands out due to small details such as her eyes becoming bloodshot due to the knife behind them.

that's an incredibly well done scene considering the budget and the fact there's not cut away, shame nobody did that to her in Game Of Thrones.
