Apparently the original ending for the Hammer film "To The Devil...A Daughter" was supposed to feature Father Michael Rayner (Christopher Lee) holding a metal spear and being struck by lightning, but it was changed because it was too similar to Dracula's death in "Scars of Dracula"

If you ask me, they should have kept the ending, and scrapped the rest of the film!

Yes that's what i thought,I luv the opening in The House by the Cemetery,plus the scene in Psycho 2 is another variation,im sure theres loads more but these two stand out for me.

I really luv this ending,tis one of my favs,I've always liked the last two Dracula films,personally It would of been great if they'd had made just one more,they just should of said **** it,lets do a full tilt balls out blood and lesbo vampire fest set in the 70's.
