It really creeped me out for years.

This final scene has the finest use of music in movies this century.

Agreed

The use of 'Freebird' is inspired. On a par with 'Inna Gada Da Vida' from "Manhunter"

One of the greatest marriages of music to images ever put on film (imo).

I don't know if you've already done this – if you have, I can't find it – but one of my favourite death scenes is when Quint goes down fighting against 'Bruce' in Jaws.

Oh wait, you mean the Sidaris movie!

I haven't seen any of the IDIANA JONES films since I was about 7 or 8.

Notice the way they all ignored the fact that precious 'Indy' wasn't the first to feature such a scene:rolleyes::p:p:p

Vic, any chance you can post the security guards face melting and head crushing scenes from The Fly II? I like this sequel to Cronenberg's classic, even though it's often bad-mouthed by critics.

I have to say I was never a fan of the sequel, mainly because I find Eric Stoltz as wooden as a forest, but your right there are a couple of great gore scenes, hopefully one of other chaps can post some screen grabs hopefully :)

No problem. :)

Agreed, it is underrated, in some ways i prefer it to Cronenberg's original.

The box set with all five films is excellent.
