KILL LIST/BEN WHEATLEY THREAD

Eight months after a botched job in Kiev,a hitman and his partner take on a job from some sinister people, and get far more than they bargain for.....

To say any more would be to spoil the 'fun',so I won't,I'll let you discover the 'delights' of this cracking Brit horror for yourselves.

A slow burner to start with, the violence is always simmering just under the surface, but when it explodes,it certainly hammers the point home.;)

The best British horror flick I've seen since The Descent,do yourselves a favour and pick this up immediately!

One of my faves at Frightfest and proves yet again that Ben Wheatley is a very gifted director.

The Blu came in the post yesterday and I was amazed by the extras. Can't wait to get my teeth in to 'em.

I was left with my jaw on the floor at some of the scenes in this film!
A rattling experience indeed!

Let us know what you think of it.

Good time to release it as well,as there's not a lot else out this week.

Well do.

I loved this too. Knew little about the plot which is best knowing too much would be to diminish the impact.
I'd also recommend director Wheatley's previous, lo-fi, Brit crime film Down Terrace too.

Reckon it will develop a much deserved following now its out on dvd. Plus it's soon to recieve a general release in the US, be interesting to see how it goes down there . . .
