A Stop at Willoughby - mainly because I wish something like that would happen to me when I'm on the train!

Oh this is a tough one. Both really great episodes I think....

I'll have to give this some thought.

This is a tough one because these are both great episodes but I'm going for A Stop at Willoughby. It's one of those episodes where you're not quite sure you not quite sure what's going on and then the ending just sideswipe she.

I think I'm going to vote for A Stop at Willoughby too. It's a real gut punch of an episode, and anyone who has or does work a job they hate and longs for the simple life will empathise with the main character here.

I very much think this works as a trilogy of episodes with the same kind of theme, but different outcomes with Walking Distance and the Night Gallery episode They're Tearing Down Tim Riley's Bar. Willoughby's ending is the most tragic.

Love both...but Willoughby wins.

I've watched this episode with a man who worked
the same job for close to thirty years and he began
to tear up when the main character pleaded with his
wife for understanding.

The message is still as powerful and fresh as it was 50 years ago.
