She's been on a drip, and is a lot stronger than she was.

Once she's built up enough strength, the vet's going to assess whether he will need to operate or not. I'm relieved that she seems to be improving!

Probably just me being slow though. The Code Red transfer is great and looked lovely upscaled and the print damage actually gave it the authenticity of a grindhousey/drive-in movie (I did find myself getting distracted by the print damage at times, possibly hence my confusion over the film )
I reckon 'The Redeemer' has many flaws (slowness and dullness being but two), and on balance probably doesn't really cut it, but... it might be a purely personal thing, but some scenes just really weird me out. Something about the religious imagery... the boy and the lake, the weird shit with the two thumbs... like an edition of 'Watchtower' brought to screen by a cheap grindhouse David Lynch, maybe - seems to evoke a portentous atmosphere of senseless dread, for me anyway.

I have to agree.

I posted a review for it on amazon..

Redeemer: Son of Satan DVD 1978 Region 1 US Import NTSC: Amazon.co.uk: Damien Knight, Jeannetta Arnette, Nick Carter, Nikki Barthen, Michael Hollingsworth, Gyr Patterson, T.G. Finkbinder, Christopher Flint, Jessica Bein, Richard Timmins, Rosa Arift,

its definately trying to hard to be 'arty' but for all its flaws I actually liked the movie.

Night of the Living Dead
Outlaws
The Mummy's Shroud
Sucker Punch
Star Wars Episodes 1,2,3.....Finally watched these after years of protest. I have to admit I did actually enjoy them. Just glad I am of an age that I seen the originals first, otherwise some of the story would have been ruined. After seen the new trilogy I am of a mind that these should be viewed after 4,5,6.....but that is a battle that will rage on
