The OOP German disc is generally considered to be the best version.

Unfortunately, there's no definitive version of this film on dvd.

Well, we came quite close with Savini providing FX work for Romero's/Argento's Two Evil Eyes.

But yes, how different would the Giallo form have been if Savini had been doing the FX for them... Nevertheless, the Giallo is just fine as it stands, the Argento films are still excellent even if Savini had no involvement.
