If I'm not mistaken this was made by Kat Ellinger and it's premiering at Fright Fest in London this August. Looks like it'll have some sort of release by Arrow but wouldn't be surprised if it's just on the streaming service.

I was hoping maybe Arrow would do a Jean Rollin boxset

They wont be able to, they're all with Screenbound in the UK and Kino/Redemption in the US. It would certainly be nice though with lots of new critical special features, but this film should be enough I think
