The only good thing about Zombie Lake is that it uses Daniel White's superb score for Female Vampire.

- Requiem for a Vampire

Has anyone seen Rollin's more XXX material by any chance? I notice that his Schoolgirl Hitch Hikers is getting a release early next year by Jezebel (one of Salvation's labels), and wondered if anyone had seen it, or any others for that matter?
I could be wrong but i dont think SH is a XXX film as its getti ng a uk release aswell (with a shit cover)

I really like Rollin's films, although I agree they can be a bit of a love or hate experience for the casual viewer. He does tend to concentrate on the visual rather than the narrative, but he comes up with some wonderful imagery. I think he's pretty unique.

Favourites would include:

The Living Dead Girl
Requiem For A Vampire
Night Of The Hunted
Fascination
The Demoniacs

and many more...

I forgot NIGHT OF THE HUNTED-also great.

The Encore Ltd Ed. features the deleted XXX scenes.

Gotta love the opening too. BIG sign that warns against going in the water. So....everyone dives in... Pure class!

Two Orphan Vampires (1997) is okay, but I'm pretty fond of the lesser known The Escapees, which I know was made in '81 but still tends to get overlooked.

I also have Dracula's Fiancee (2002) on my too-watch pile...

The Seduction of Amy is watchable only but worth having for its rarity value
