All except The Demons (strangely). The other releases which are A locked are The Blood Beast Terror, Burke and Hare and all the Pete Walker and Robbe-Grillet discs.
Demoncrat likes this.

Sadistic Baron von Klaus and Erotic rites of Frankenstein are also region locked to A.

Really? I'm sure they worked on my UK PS3... Will have to double-check.

Bizarre Eye, I've checked again and you're right - Von Klaus is region free. But I'm still getting the Region A message on Erotic Rites.

I'll check mine again when I get home just to be sure, but it sounds like Erotic Rites may in fact be region locked too then.

I have Fascination, Grapes of Death, and The Iron Rose, on Blu-ray.
I bought most of his other films a while ago on dvd. And i'm rather reluctant to upgrade them as the Encore releases were very expensive at the time.

Just finished watching Rollin's The Rape Of A Vampire so thought I'd give this thread a bump!

Picked it up on Redemption VHS at a nearby boot fair today and had no idea what to expect (having only seen Rollin's Grapes Of Death and his semi-directed Zombie Lake previously).

It's certainly not your typical exploitation vampire film, with it's chilling black and white cinematography and strange structure. Basically split into two films, the first half is his original short (from what I've read anyway). The rest is what was added on to make it full length and that part is so weird.

Loved the whole idea of whether the 'vampires' are really blood-sucking undeads or if it's just a mental illness. A very original film - one worth checking out if you come across it and like arty erotic horrors.

Awesome poster art too

I'd like you to post this on my personal Jean Rollin thread as well.
