John Landis has a cameo in An American Werewolf in London as a stuntman who is knocked through a plate glass window in the big car wreck in Piccadilly Circus. I would put a screenshot, but you can't see him very clearly.

George A. Romero is one of the reporters in Washington DC in Night of the Living Dead.

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but Dario Argento plays the killer's hands in just about all his films.

David Cronenberg has a brief appearance as the obstetrician in The Fly and, I know it's a writer cameo, but William Peter Blatty plays the stressed producer in The Exorcist.

He also has a scene right at the beginning of Dawn where he plays a T.V director.

Franco also plays the shrink who releases a clearly still unbalanced Alexander Waechter into the loving arms of his sister in Bloody Moon....as if yould trust HIS judgement :lol::lol::lol:

Romero can also be briefly seen in SILENCE OF THE LAMBS.
