Hate to say it, but judging by the great man's recent output, it maybe dementia setting in ... ooh now there's title for his next movie!

My Argento top 5 as it stands now; today; this very second, would be:

1. Tenebrae
2. Four Flies on Grey Velvet
3. The Bird with the Crystal Plumage
4. Deep Red
5. Suspiria

Inferno would probably be number 6. I like it a lot more than when I first saw it many years ago. It's one of those Argento's that only gets better with repeat viewings in my opinion.

I'm probably pretty much alone on this one, but I don't really mind the "Suspiria" remake, because I view this and the '77 original as two seperate movies. If it stinks it'll stink, but that won't affect my love for the Agento version.

Besides, if it's good it might get some of the younger fans interested in Argento's work- which wouldn't be such a bad thing either, unless of courses we "cultists" prefer to keep him to ourselves...
