Let's put it this way,it's an 'interesting' take on an oft-told tale.

It's the only Dario film I haven't seen yet, I've had it for ages though.

My Neo Giallo collection arrived today, I can't believe I got it for under 6 quid. What a stunning set, I'm blown away. I've only seen The Stendhal Syndrome so this weekend is fully booked.

Suspiria is one of my favourite films. I love Argento's fairytales: Suspiria, Inferno (Hansel and Gretel), Phenomena (Alice through the looking glass).
Great surreal imagery and - as everyone has already mentioned - soundtrack. Gotta love Argento.
Have to see Two Evil Eyes and Terror at the Opera.
I enjoy the giallo - especially Deep Red and Tenebrae. Not too big on The Card Player and Trauma - although the scene with Brad Dourif's head is, err, hilarious.

Had my hair trimmed this morning, just noticed that I resemble a certain Italian director, must be my Sicilian genes!

Deep Red is my favorite. I just watched Giallo last night and didn't think it was as bad as people are making it out to be.

I always go between Deep Red and Tenebrae for my favourite Argento film; can never truly settle on one or the other.

I sort of agree with you on Giallo; it's not as bad as people say but at the same time it's not great. He's capable of so much better I think but to make a "not as bad as people say but at the same time it's not great" film whose title is the same as the genre he practically defined is very disappointing.
