I voted for Last House on the Left, THOTEOTP and Swamp Thing, I haven't seen many of the others and I can't remember him being in the A Team or the Fall Guy, although I'm sure I will have watched them at the time

Nope, in fact I rewatched this again last night. Sure, it's not the greatest film ever made, but seeing David and Nicholas Worth together is worth the price of admission alone. Worth is a bit more likeable here though, compared to his exceedingly nasty turn in Don't Answer the Phone. Great fun, but it's sad to think David is no longer with us. Still, he's left a tremendous legacy that will live on.

THOTEOTP, TLHOTL and HH for me all the way. Hess at his Hellraising best imo.

I couldn't pick a favourite performance from The Last House on the Left, The House on the Edge of the Park and Hitch-Hike, so voted for all three.

Saying that, I didn't realise how many films David Hess had appeared in and how many of those I haven't seen, so there's some catching up to do.

Hitch Hike is by far the best film I have seen that he starred in and his performance in that is the best of his that I have seen.

hitch hike is a great film that really deserves a decent release, saying that house on the edge is hess at his best and deodato in my opinion.

Imo the movie got a good DVD release in the U.K. courtesy of ABUK several years ago. A fully uncut print boasting great PQ coupled with a nice featurette and the film's trailer.
