It's certainly not Fulci's best but it still has a charm and a quality all it's own. Plus it's got the blond kid from New Barbarians and HBTC in it, whatever happened to him eh?

I forgot... i really dont remember much of the 100+ dvds i have... Especially those giallo movies are so alike. I see people praising titles, and talking shit about others, but I don't know what they are talking about. In fact one of the few titles I remember is a movie most people think little of; (Delirium) Le foto di Gioia, of Lamberto Bava.

Oh cripes!! I had forgotten he was in it!!! Christ on a bike indeed!

Well, hadn't seen this since ye olde VHS days .. so watched the Shameless silver spinner last night!

WTF!!!???!!!!

The story is all over the bloody place!

Cameraman easy spotted through the reflection in the lead guy's sunglasses. I mean the cameraman didn't even try to hide .. he wore a bright red sweater! Thinking back, I think it was Fulci himself.

The scorpion .. terrifying! But someone had removed it's sting.

"Manhattan Baby"? Where was the bloody baby!?

Oh and who could forget the ludicrous looking stuffed birds on fishing line attack at the end!? :fear:

Utter madness.

Bravo!

Ah, it divided like no other (until CITB got a wider release ). A film that you certainly know you are watching ... if you aren't quite sure what you are watching
Must dig out the EIV vhs

I highly recommend the Blue Underground triple disc special edition of this one! It certainaly costs more than the film's worth but it's a nice treat :)

Agreed - it’s a fantastic package. I really like the film too!

Noted to both ... I always wanted that German (?) mediabook  Eye Of The Evil Dead title?
I love it. It's weird and grisly and I once found an essay online extolling the art featured in the apartment (on the walls ). If you are watching this film and the bloody decor is the only thing that interests you ....:pound:. Dead inside .....

Ahem.

You're in luck because look at the beautiful reverse artwork :D Also to help sway the decision is a 1 hour doc about Fabio Frizzi! as well as the usual Stephen Thrower bit etc...
