It's been mentioned before but 'Insidious' is one of the better American horrors of recent times. I could have done without the comic-relief ghost hunters, but overall pretty good old school chiller....

An experience indeed, I watched it for the first time when the Blu-ray was released and was gobsmacked that it got throught the BBFC uncut yet other much tamer films hadn't. Madness.

Is that the film that is supposed to be Showgirls for teenagers? I thought it looked abysmal from the trailer as it is astonishing just how little Cher's face can move nowadays!
