doro pesch seems a nice lady but she does seem to go more to the thrashy stuff

what i can't understand is the appeal of death metal' i can appreciate the guitar skill but it does make your ears bleed and the awful screaming as well. and i remember a group called napalm death who never sang at all just very load grunting sounds

Can't go wrong with Blondie, Heart, The Bangles or the Go Go's.

i do appreciate some of the softer rock music, and i love Blondies earlier edgy stuff as well.

No, just Girls Aloud for me. I have zero interest in any of the others. The Sound of the Underground album appealed to my rock sensibilities whereas other girl groups don't.

what about Little mix? i like a few of there songs to but not as good as Girls aloud. and also i feel a bit old for liking them

Have you got their live tour dvd's? All are excellent in my opinion.

Ha,ha. I've always liked them. They have a slightly edgier and harder sound than most girl groups.
