You should be able to pick it up cheap. My copy is on a two film on one disc thing.

Sweatshop takes a while to get going but is a very brutal film. The DPP would have had a field day back in the mid eighties.

Yep, windowboxed on my tv when I have the aspect ratio set at "just scan". That being said, I think the transfer on this looks pretty good
