At the time Neville was still of some use to us, though I've no idea what he could have offered Spurs! He said he'll drop down a division to carry on playing so he may end up at QPR.

Daily Star: Simply The Best 7 Days A Week :: Football :: Tottenham plotting to beat Liverpool to £8m man Thomas Ince

Doesn't your club have its own scouting network?

Dempsey, Sigurdsson, hell they even tried to hijack the Carroll deal at the last minute.

Who is Nicolas Harper and why should i care?

Too inconsistent. Its been going like this for three months. We hammer three sides then lose 3-1 to Stoke, WBA and now Soton.

I think Arsenal may be your biggest worry now.

Spot on with your analysis. I don't think you deserved to lose. A draw seemed fair to me. Your defence appeared really keen to give us a penalty, they seemed to try a few times.

I'm happy though and it gives us a shot at fourth if we can keep our winning run going, so should make the end to the season interesting.

    I'd also take 0-0.

I do get the feeling one team may run riot, not sure which though.

So here we are, on to the second review in my '30s/'40s retrospective and still no mention of Universal Studios!

Based on a short story by Richard Connell, which I'll freely confess to having never read, while on a boat trip through potentially dangerous waters, a group of friends including famous big game hunter Robert Rainsford (Joel McCrae) are busy discussing recent exploits

No retrospective of the classics of the '30's and '40's would be complete without a mention of Dwain Esper's 'Maniac'. Esper is a legend in what can be termed as the 'Educational' movie. In actual fact, he was just a master at cheap exploitation, preying on people's paranoia of drugs, sex and whatever else he could potentially make a bit of cash from. You can achieve a small insight into the...

Welcome all to the blob's den. As i've mentioned before, I'm a huge fan of early talking horror, especially from the 1930's and 1940's. Yes, a lot of it is tame by anywhere near modern standards but these movies laid the ground for much of what was to come. You'll find the first ever official zombie movie, countless vampires, mad experiments, gothic tales and even some bona-fide pure exploitation. Some are so steeped in atmosphere that they still have the power to scare or at least send the odd...
