I'm glad that snake lady was rejected, it's not very good. It looks like one of those really cheap 'FM Broadcasts' CDs that keep popping up.

1973 billboard advertising for the 'Billion Dollar Babies' album, which was the bands only LP to make #1 in both the UK and US charts

The first pressings of the album, which is a gatefold, came with 'rounded' edges so it resembled a mans wallet, and contained a fake $1 billion dollar bill (size 12"x24") and individual band cards. The second pressing, still a gatefold, had a squared cover and no inserts

I've got 2 rounded corner copies and no fake bill
I don't know how I have 2 copies, although one is more scratchy than the other.

So I do have the Billion Dollar bill, it’s not in the best condition really. One is the UK pressing, the inner lyric sleeve is thick card and the other is the USA pressing and the inner sleeve is made out of paper. The bank note belongs to the UK pressing.
