Awesome. I would love to be on that cruise. So many highlights from Queensryche and Great White to Winger and Faster Pussycat. Not to mention Michael Monroe, Rose Tattoo and Alice too of course.

No idea what Chris Holmes as a solo artist would be like. If he plays songs like Mean Man no doubt he'll go down a storm.

June 6th, 2000 - 21 years ago today, Alice released the 'Brutal Planet' album.

His first album for six years (his previous studio release, 'The Last Temptation' was released in 1994) saw him take on a much heavier, more industrial metal sound - far heavier then anything he had previously released.

'Brutal Planet' was almost universally well received and now considered a benchmark release for Alice.

That's pretty cool. Some creative pre publicity that doesn't simply show the album cover.

"ALICE COOPER will be with us all weekend at London Film & Comic Con. Following on from the success of Meatloaf’s appearance we are so pleased that Mr Cooper is joining us. Alice is no stranger to the world of comic books as he first appeared in print in Marvel Premiere #50 in 1979, and later worked with Neil Gaiman on a graphic novel titled The Last Temptation.

The iconic singer songwriter will be signing and taking part in photo ops at the event which takes place at Olympia London 19 - 21 November. Tickets available to book now here *"

* NOTE - It would appear that the tickets only allow entry to the event, and additional costs are needed for 'meet and greet' sessions:

Guest Appearance Information
  • Attending: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Autograph Price: £65
  • Photo Shoot Price: £75
  • Diamond Pass (Autograph, Photo Shoot, Gift): £175
