I was gutted when i bought my new car a couple of years ago and realised it had no CD player only bluetooth some load of BOLLOX

Did you not fancy the new pic disc of Iron Maiden?

I really like that. I considered buying it myself to frame.

I know purists will disagree which is fine but i was blown away the first time i heard this rerecorded version of Prowler on The Evil That Men Do single.

I still prefer it to the original. Possibly because i f*cking love Maiden's sound from the Somewhere in Time / Seventh Son era.

I love Prowler '88 as well, not sure which I prefer to be honest but it's a great song!

My mate had the die cut 7" picture disc! I'm pretty sure I had a 12" single that was in a poster sleeve... who is putting up the poster and ruining the sleeve of the single?? Late 80's early 90's was weird for music marketing!

They definitely have Alters of Madness in their record collections!
I liked it, I think I'll check out their stuff on Spotify (that's what you use bluetooth in your car for )

Just think, you're halfway there.

All you need is a car.

I used to buy every version of every Maiden release back then. Still got them all. It was a brilliant time for collecting cool records. Everyone used to release multiple versions of their singles.

Guns, W.A.S.P., Bon Jovi, Leppard, Megadeth, Slayer* and of course Maiden issued some brilliant singles.

So much fun.

*Did anyone else get the red vinyl Criminally Insane 7" in a cross shaped package, on a chain?
